Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window for KickBot Premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any subsequent renewal charge.

  • Full refund available within 7 days of purchase or renewal
  • Applies to both new subscriptions and recurring charges

Tips

All tips processed through KickBot are final and non-refundable. Once a tip is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or reversed. KickBot does not guarantee that TTS messages will be heard, displayed, or acknowledged by the streamer.

Tips are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or CashApp, which may apply their own terms. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider may result in the suspension or termination of your KickBot account.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a subscription charge, email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your purchase or KickBot account. Please include:

  • The date of the charge
  • The amount charged
  • Any additional context about your request

Refund Processing

We will review and process refund requests within 1–3 business days of receiving your email. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Upon refund, your premium subscription will be downgraded immediately.

Requests Outside the 7-Day Window

Refund requests made after the 7-day period are generally not accepted. However, if you believe there are exceptional circumstances, reach out to us and we'll review your case.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. When you cancel, you'll retain access to premium features through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made. If you'd also like a refund for the current period, please follow the steps above within the 7-day window.

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
